indent HAPPY AUTUMN !!

Well, as you know we just wrapped up our 23rd Annual "Mustangs and Fords at the Marriott" car show. What a rousing success!

We had over 170 entries from as far away as Idaho. We had many cars on the Dyno, with a high for the day of 1055 HP. we had 130+ db in the loud car contest. We had good food, good friends, and a very successful raffle thanks to not only our annual "Bucket O Booze" but also a big screen TV and many other fine prizes.

Our Registration Crew, Parking Crew, Raffle Crew, Setup Crew, Clean-up Crew, Awards Crew... in short, EVERYONE did a CrakerJack job. Thank you one and all. And thank you to the Mopars - members of the Cap City Mopars who turned out to help, in return for our members helping to judge their show in June.

All reports from the entrants, guests and pasers-by, say they all enjoyed the day. Everyone give yourselves a big pat on the back for a job well done. Come to our next General Meeting and we'll make it official - Well Done!!

The photos from the event are done and posted online. If you want to relive the day, or look for a particular car, or check out what you may have missed, here's the link - enjoy.

Introducing our new 2019 Officers

President: Doug Kilner
Doug returns as Pres, so we can count on his high energy leadership and organizational skills again this year.

Vice President: Bob Seawell
Bob Seawell also returns as aught-19 VP. We're confident he will give his best and make this year's car show another banging success!

Secretary: Sabrina Purewal
Sabrina is one of our newer members stepping up. She likes Krispy Kremes (so her Facebook says) and drives a late model, dark black bomb. Welcome, and Thank You Sabrina!

Treasurer: Leroy Magnus
Leroy continues as our Money Man. If you want more than a friendly "Hello!" from him, be sure you have a receipt. How's that '68 coupe coming LM?

Membership Coordinator: Norm Axtell
Our new Membership Coordinator keeps a stable of '65, '66 and '67 ponies and is the proprietor of Roseville Mustang Parts, just opened last Fall. Be sure to send some business his way.

Event Coordinator: Mick Dadisman
Mick continues as Event Coordinator, we know he'll do a fine, fine job. Help Mick out by sending him detailed info about your event or an event you'd like to see the club present, and call or e-mail him for information about any of our events.

Welcome to our new officers. Let's all give them the help they need to make this another banner year for the Club.
And a big Thank You! to the retiring board for their hard work in 2018. (Fran, we'll miss you!)

Club Credo
More important than the Mustangs are the new friendships each of us will make. It doesn′t matter if we have a 64-1/2 or modified late-model Mustang. It doesn′t matter if our car is concourse quality or marred with rock chips. What does matter is that we all are pointed in the same direction. There shall be no idle complaints about fellow members. The motivation must be for us to succeed as a group.
